Move to Lima.
I am moving from Balanca, a district of Lima, to the center of Lima.
Surprisingly, there are many desert areas in this section as well.
Here is the accommodation information:
Affitta Camere (Affitta Camere)
Single room for 2 nights: US$20 (US$10 per night), includes breakfast.
The location is not good, but the facilities are not bad. It was not a problem for me because I have a motorcycle, but it might be far for sightseeing in the city. It might be convenient for airport transit.

Arrived at the official TVS shop in Lima, obtained the parts.
The Indian staff can speak English, so communication is quick.
■List of obtained parts:
Front and rear brake pads
Clutch cable
2 spark plugs (replace when performance deteriorates. This should allow for another 15,000 km).
Front wheel disc (replace if bent due to hitting stones, etc.)
Left and right levers (replace if broken after a fall)
2 oil filters (replace every 6,000 km)
Also, I replaced the right brake lever, which was bent when the motorcycle was stopped.
It seems that the side cases sold in India are not available here.
The TVS authorized dealer does not have its own factory, so I had the oil change done at a different shop recommended by them, but that shop was a rip-off. It's unbelievable that a shop recommended by an authorized dealer would be a rip-off. Typical of Indians. Common sense doesn't apply. This is only in India... They charged 95 sols (about 3,500 yen) for something that normally costs around 30 sols (1,000 yen). What is this? I was careless because I thought it was a shop recommended by the authorized dealer. It was my mistake for not asking the price beforehand and just trusting them. Large chain stores are generally trustworthy, so this doesn't usually happen. This seems to be a small town factory, and it appears to be the only shop in this area. Sigh.
It was a factory that wasn't even listed on Google Maps, so I added a new point to Google Maps and added the above review with a 1-star rating in English. I hope this can prevent the next foreign visitor from being ripped off. It's unlikely that many people will come here.
