After driving along the coastline for a while, we pass through a desolate savanna area.
There are few cars, and I imagine that the famous cyclist who was attacked here was probably attacked in this area recently. With so few people and so much poverty, bicycles are dangerous.
As rumored, the fish in Peru is delicious. The fried tuna is really good.
However, the restaurant we ate at didn't have running water, so a water truck was making its rounds. It wasn't dirty, and it felt generally clean.
