Rio de Janeiro, personal travel, 2015.

Move to Rio Gallegos.

I left Ushuaia and headed north to Rio Gallegos. It's hot. Ushuaia was cloudy and cold. It's amazing how different it is with just this much travel.
The tread on the rear tire is almost gone, so I plan to start looking for tires soon.

Here is the accommodation: It's just average.

Terravento Hostel
Dormitory, 230 Peso, includes breakfast.

Border: Paso San Sebastian (Argentina → Chile) (Fuego Island).

You can proceed in almost the same way as when you came. (Relevant article)

Border crossing: Paso de Integración Austral (Chile → Argentina).

This is a building where only one process is conducted.
The departure and arrival procedures are completed within the same building.

The order is as follows:
1. Chile departure stamp
2. Argentina arrival stamp
3. Chile departure customs procedures (return of the permit)
4. Argentina arrival customs procedures (permit creation)

In most border crossings I have experienced, the process usually involves first completing the departure stamp and returning the permit, and then proceeding to the arrival stamp and permit creation. However, this place seems to have a different order, which I found interesting.

Moved to Caleta Olivia.(The following article)
