Move to El Calafate.
Today, I will be moving to El Calafate.
From Gobernador Gregores, the road is paved until it merges with Route 40. After that, it is about 70 kilometers of dirt road.
However, it was a relatively easy dirt road to drive on, which was good. I suppose it's because it's a major road, Route 40.

Perito Moreno Glacier tour.
Today, I participated in a tour of the Perito Moreno Glacier.
I was satisfied because I was able to see a large chunk break off.
It seems that you can also go there by motorcycle, but I have been feeling cold and unwell for the past few days, and it looked like it would rain that day, so I decided to go on a tour.
Tour cost: 590 Peso (A simple round trip tour costs 450 Peso, but I chose this tour that includes detours.)
National Park entrance fee: 260 Peso (Foreigner's rate)
Boat fare: 250 Peso (Separate)
There are two boats, one on the left (south side) and one on the right (north side). According to the guide, the right side (north side) is recommended, so everyone went there.
The guide said that it takes longer to reach the glacier from the left side (south side), but you can get there quickly from the right side (north side), so the right side (north side) is better. That seemed to be true, and also, the glacier looks bigger from the right side (north side), so it seems better to go to the right side (north side).
You can also see it from the observation deck, and the glacier looks bigger from the observation deck, so it doesn't seem necessary to go on a boat. However, it's not that expensive, so it's okay to go on a boat.
After the tour, I will stay here for another two days to wait out the rain and to rest. I have been feeling cold and tired for the past few days.
Museo - Centro de Interpretacion Historica Calafate
Visit a small dinosaur museum located in the city of El Calafate.
Although it is small, it is quite comprehensive and interesting.
What is interesting is that there seems to be a law in Argentina that prohibits the display of real bones, and all the bones on display are replicas. I don't know why this is the case, but it is probably to prevent valuable items from being easily displayed.
