Move to Porto Alegre.

I am moving to Porto Alegre, a mid-sized city.
There are more and more unusual trees. It's interesting.

This seems to be a major city in the region.
Tomorrow is supposed to be stormy, so I will stay here for two nights and spend the time here.

Earlier today, in the evening, I was hit by a very strong storm for a few minutes, and I got completely soaked without even having time to put on a raincoat.
If the clouds look ominous, I need to put on a raincoat and shoe covers early on, otherwise, things will be bad from here on.

In the evening, when I was completely soaked, it seems my mirrorless camera (α5100 + 35mm prime lens) also got water inside. Currently, it won't turn on.

I removed the SD card and found water droplets on it, so it seems it was exposed to water to that extent.
It's probably still alive, but I didn't notice the water damage and turned it on, so maybe that's when the circuits were damaged. It looks dry on the outside, but the inside was wet.

I was surprised that such a small shower could cause so much damage.

Even if I were to replace it in a tax-free town in Paraguay, it's difficult to go back to Paraguay right now, so I guess I'll have to get it working again before going to São Paulo. Well, this is tough, especially with the Rio Carnival coming up.

For now, I'll try to manage with my backup camera (Sony WX300).
