Moving from Quito to Baños de Agua Santa.
I am moving from Quito to Baños de Agua Santa.
Along the way, you can see a volcano, and you pass right next to it. Not only that, but there is also a volcano right next to Baños, so you realize that Ecuador is a country with many mountains and a country with many volcanoes.

Here is the accommodation information:
Backpackers Balcones
Single room, shared bathroom, 2 nights for US$14 (approximately 1,700 yen).
That's about 850 yen per night.
It's a little outside the city center, but it's within walking distance, so it's not a problem.

Baños de Agua Santa, Virgen Hot Springs (Termas de la Virgen).
Around Baños de Agua Santa.
Pailon del Diablo, which means Devil's Cauldron, is a waterfall.
I went to see a waterfall called Pailon del Diablo (Devil's Cauldron), combining a walk around the area with a bit of hiking.
It's not that large in scale, but it's quite impressive when you get closer. I'm glad I came.
