Vieja San Agustín, individual travel, 2015.

Move to San Agustin de Valle Fertil, Villa San Agustín.

After finishing the Moon Valley tour at Isquigualasto Provincial Park, we will travel south to Villa San Agustín (San Agustin de Valle Fertil, Villa San Agustín).
We will stay here for one night.

The accommodation here is as follows:

Hostel Campo Base - Valle de la Luna
Dormitory (probably) 120 pesos, includes breakfast.

Museo Pachamalui

I went to a small museum in the town, called Museo Pachamalui, but it was closed, even though it should have been open.
A few other people also came, but they left because it was closed, so it seems like it's not just me who doesn't understand Spanish, and it looks like it's really not open. I'm not sure why. The exhibits in the garden were interesting, though.

Piedra Pintada (San Agustin de Valle Fertil)

I went to see a place called Piedra Pintada, which is an old pattern or something like a character, located on the outskirts of San Agustin de Valle Fertil, Villa San Agustín, on the west side.

↓ This is the area. It's on the outskirts, but it's right there.

Google Maps does not show the road, but there is an unpaved road.
If you look at the satellite image, you can see something that looks like a road.
I went there after asking the person at the town information center.
There seem to be two ways to get there.
1. Cross the shallow water on the south side of the river by car or motorcycle. It looks like a bridge on the map, but it's actually a shallow water crossing.
2. Cross the river using the bridge on the north side and immediately head south.
Of course, I chose the latter.
