Moving from Budapest, Hungary to Brno, Czech Republic.
Initially, the plan was to travel from Budapest, Hungary, north to Košice, Slovakia, and then to Kraków, Poland. However, there were no trains or buses available from Košice, Slovakia, to Kraków, Poland, so I had to abruptly change the route and decided to go via Brno, Czech Republic.
Even so, I mistakenly assumed that Košice, being the second largest city in Slovakia, would have a well-developed transportation network, and I made my plans accordingly. I was lucky to be able to make a quick change. There were no buses available, and the trains were extremely expensive. When I wondered why they were so expensive, I realized that the search results were showing routes that went not directly north from Slovakia, but instead detoured through Budapest or the Czech Republic, and then went all the way to Warsaw before finally reaching Kraków. As a result, the prices were as high as 180 euros, which was unacceptable, so I decided to go by bus.
I had booked accommodation in Kraków a long time ago, and it was no longer possible to change the reservation. Even if I did change it, it would likely be a bit more expensive. So, I considered staying one night in a different city, and decided to stay one night in Brno, Czech Republic, as a transit point. It would have been easier to go directly from Budapest to Kraków. The time difference wouldn't be that significant.
The major company, Euroline, was fully booked for buses to Brno, so I decided to try a Czech company called STUDENT AGENCY, which I hadn't heard of before.

The prices are also reasonable. It costs 14 euros from Budapest to Brno, and 0.5 euros for luggage.
The seating arrangement is not bad, but the legroom is a little tight.
Also, the inside is a little warm.
And the seatbelts are stiff and hard to pull out. What is this?
But, for this price, I can forgive anything.
We departed at 6:30 AM and arrived in Brno in about 5.5 hours.
My accommodation here is just a short walk from the bus terminal:
Hostel John Galt
Dormitory, 10 euros per night (1,360 yen), includes breakfast, but I will check out before breakfast time, so I won't have any meals.
