Move to Palpa.

From Wacatin, we will head towards the Nazca area and move to a town called Palpa, which is located just before Nazca.
Apparently, there are also geoglyphs, although they are small.

Palpa Museum.

I don't quite understand the location of the Palpa geoglyphs, so I'll go to the museum to gather information.
It seems that not many visitors come here, but the staff explains things very carefully. I also found out the location. And it's free here.

Palpa's sundial.

I went to see a geoglyph called "Reloj Solar" in Palpa.

■How to get to "Reloj Solar" in Palpa:

↓There are signs around here, but they only indicate the direction from Palpa towards Lima, so if you come from the opposite direction, you are likely to miss them.↑ If you are coming from the Nasca side, you will see a sign, so follow it and enter the narrow road heading north.

↓ If you proceed along the gravel road to this area, you will find a parking lot. From the parking lot, you climb a few steps and can see a picture in the south direction.
Compared to the Nazca Lines, it may be primitive, but it is good because you can see it up close.

Palpa's geoglyphs (Le linee di Palpa).

On the way from Palpa to Nazca, we stopped to see the geoglyphs of Palpa (Le linee di Palpa).

↓ There is an observation deck around here. There is a parking lot in front of it. The geoglyphs are visible on the north-facing slope.

Maria Reiche Museum.

I decided to enter the Maria Reiche Museum, which was located on the way.
It seems she was a researcher who studied the Nazca Lines in the past. Hmm.
