Moving from Ankara to Safranbolu.
From Ankara, I will travel to Safranbolu by bus, which takes about 3 hours.
Safranbolu is a town where the old town is registered as a World Heritage Site.
My accommodation here is:
Hatice Hanim Konagi
Single room (with shower and toilet) for 3 nights, 36 euros (108 liras, approximately 4850 yen), including breakfast.
Approximately 1610 yen per night.

It looks like it was built by renovating an old traditional house. The inside has a great atmosphere and is very nice.
It's old, so there are some minor issues with the facilities, but considering the price for a single room, there's nothing to complain about.
This is a place that prioritizes atmosphere over facilities. If you like the atmosphere, you will definitely love it.
I booked it over a month ago, so I got this price, but the price for last-minute bookings was around 17 euros, so I feel like I got a good deal. It should be high season now.
The town isn't crowded for the high season, could that be due to the Greek crisis, or is that just the normal situation?

Saffronbol Old Town.
Saffronbol History Museum (Kaymakamlar Muze, Kent Tarihi Müzesi).
There is a museum built by renovating an old government building on a hill in the old town, so I went to visit it.

Inside, for some reason, there is a display room for old computers.
What is this?
Is it related to something?
Or is it just a hobby?

The exhibits inside are not very many.

Around the museum, there were many miniature models of towers from various places.
