Move to Horezu.

I will travel from Bucharest to Horezu by bus.

First, I will do some research.http://www.autogari.ro/?lang=enby
Buruenesti, NT
from
Horezu, VL
search. There are also some other options like "Horezu, GJ", but only the options above showed a list.

Four buses are available, with two morning departures. There is a 7:30 departure with Viitorul (35 lei, approximately 1,070 yen) and an 8:30 departure with NORMANDIA (40 lei, approximately 1,230 yen).
For now, I decided to go with the latter.

When I display the details, it seems the departure is from a place called Autogara Militari.
When I search on Google Maps, it is located near the Păcii station on the M3 metro line.In the morning, I left the hotel and took the metro to Autogara Militari.

Upon arriving at Autogara Militari, I tried to buy a ticket, but I was told to buy it from the driver, not the ticket window. Hmm.
So, I asked the driver, and he said something like, "You can't ride without a reservation." Ugh.

So, I went to the ticket window and bought a ticket to the nearby larger town, Râmnicu Vâlcea.
It's a DACOS bus, and it costs 34 lei (about 1,040 yen).
It's in Romanian, but it seems to have assigned seats, so I took the assigned seat.

It departed at 9:00 and arrived at 12:00.

↓ Râmnicu Vâlcea is where the bus arrived at this depot. It seems to be the final stop. It doesn't seem to be listed on Google Maps yet. However, it seems that buses to Horezu do not depart from here, so I walked for several kilometers to the following bus terminal, Autogara 1 Mai.
After getting closer to the station, I walked along a narrow road next to the railway tracks. And from this terminal, I took a bus to Horezu.
It was the 13:00 departure, 14:00 arrival bus of NORMANDIA. The fare was 9 lei (approximately 275 yen).

And I arrived at a garage that looks like the following. It seems that there is no marker on Google Maps at the moment. After having a meal here, I plan to gather information at a tourist information center located nearby, but there aren't very good maps available. The accommodation is right in front of the Horezu Monastery, so I was going to take a bus to the monastery, but it seems to depart from a terminal a little further away. I was told in broken English that it was about 3 km or 3 miles, but when I checked on Google Maps, it was only about 800 meters, so I decided to walk.If you are not going to eat and want to proceed directly to your destination, it might be a good idea to get off the bus at the intersection north of the garage when it arrives in Horezu. Several people were getting off there. If you tell the driver, they should stop.

I arrived around 3:00 PM, but the shuttle is supposed to leave at 4:15 PM.
While waiting, I was told it was 4:15 PM, but the shuttle arrived around 4:00 PM and started to leave. What is this?
Then, I moved to the following location nearby. It stopped at a small parking area, and several passengers got on. There doesn't seem to be any signs. If this is the boarding point, only locals would know.

Departed from the previous location around 4:15 PM.
So, was 4:15 PM the departure time from here?
And I was dropped off around the following location. From there, I walked a little and finally arrived at the lodging.

Pensiunea Horezu
Twin room, single occupancy, 2 nights for 28 euros (approximately 3,800 yen).
Approximately 1,400 yen per night.
Breakfast is 3 euros (approximately 410 yen) per meal. It was quite far.

The Horezu Monastery (Manastirea Horezu) is located nearby.Walking along the road is about 6km, and it's an uphill climb, so it's tough, but it seems like you can reach it in about 3-4km by walking a different path. Since it's downhill on the way back, I might walk back. I don't see a bus terminal, and it doesn't seem like there are many shuttle buses. English might be difficult to use for small things, but I think I can probably walk this far.
