Puerto Madryn, personal travel, 2016.

Move to Puerto Madryn.

Sometimes, gas stations don't have gasoline. Today, there was no gasoline at the planned stopover point, so I drove directly to a town 200 km away, using fuel-efficient driving.

And I arrived in Puerto Madryn. The name "Puerto Madryn" sounds good. I wasn't originally planning to go to the Valdes Peninsula, but it's right in front of me, and the town in front of it is my accommodation, so I might go see it. It seems like you can go there by motorcycle, but the approach distance is surprisingly long, and half of it is on dirt roads, so if you go by motorcycle, even if it's cheap, the sightseeing time will be shorter. I wonder what to do. The tour is 800 pesos + 260 pesos for the national park. It's about 10,000 yen in total. I don't know if that's a cheap or expensive price.

Rear tire replacement.

Tire replacement completed here in Puerto Madryn.
The height has decreased slightly from 80 to 70, but that's okay.
The front tires are being put on the rear, but that's okay.
South America, especially Argentina, is known for having a small stock of tires and high prices, so I'm just glad I was able to get them. Tubeless tires are especially valuable.
I paid 2500 pesos (23,000 yen) in USD, and the discount was 170 USD (20,500 yen). Well, a 50% price increase is normal in Argentina, so I think they did a good job for a rural town. He was a Japanophile.

The installation was done at a different place for 120 pesos (about 1,000 yen).
They were incredibly efficient, which was impressive.

Puerto Madryn, Punta Loma, sea lion colony.

There is a sea lion colony located about 10 kilometers from Puerto Madryn, so I decided to go there.
It was a bit far, but I was able to see many sea lions.

The sea lions were basking in the sun, relaxing, and swimming.

Puerto Madryn shipwreck.

A sunken ship was discovered along the route.
It seems to be a tourist attraction, and there were people approaching it by boat and people diving.
